Many different businesses were merged to make up Connectco as it currently operates. These businesses were all acquisitions of similar companies and included one medium size fastener manufacturing company. The mergers and acquisitions were all negotiated by Jacobs Capital. Further to this Jacobs Capital were key to funding or arranging the funding for these transactions. Concurrently the business process team at Jacobs Capital designed, implemented and trained the world class process management systems at Connectco. The survival and success of Connectco would not have been possible without the support of the Jacobs Capital team.
